HOW TO ACTIVATE PAYLIB SERVICES?

You need to download the CMB Mobile Payments application and have previously registered your smartphone as a trusted device.

Then, you can start using these new secure and innovative payment methods!

Paying with Paylib, HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. To send money to a friend, you no longer need an IBAN. Just know their mobile phone number. To receive money, you just need to have a bank account in France. You receive the money directly into your account.
2. This service offers an optimal level of security.
3. It is free of charge.

HOW TO USE PAYLIB ENTRE AMIS?

1. Open the CMB Mobile Payments application.
2. Click on "Send Money".
3. Enter the mobile number of the contact you wish to send money to. If the recipient already has the Paylib entre amis service, no action is required on their part. They will receive an SMS confirming that the amount will be credited to their bank account.

(1) Real-time payment is available if the recipient has already activated the Paylib entre amis service in their bank and if the bank accepts instant payments. Otherwise, the recipient will receive the funds within standard delay (approximately 48 hours).
